Just wanted you to know that we are extremely pleased with the home theater seats. It's always a concern when making a large investment in a product that is sight unseen. But your company renewed my faith with on line shopping. Your service level over the phone was outstanding. The representative walked me thru the possible choices and discussed pros and cons. When the seats arrived (in a weeks time) I was very impressed with the quality of construction.
I did my research prior and found very similar seats at a local home theater store for 4 times what I paid, yes 4 times. Hey, that's four seats for the price of 1.
